Nick Wilder

Benefit Concert 2021

Since 2018, Nick and his wife Christine have been hosting a benefit concert for the Helena Symphony Orchestra at their TING estate in Montana, USA. Due to the Corona pandemic that has had the world in its grip since 2020 and the corresponding measures that have been imposed everywhere, last year’s concert was also postponed.
Fortunately, this year it was possible and so there was “A Night In Hollywood At Montana Ting” on June 28, 2021.

The concert was a great success and Nick and Christine are very happy that everything went as planned. The only draw back was that German star composer and friend of Nick & Christine, Harold Faltermeyer, was supposed to attend this concert and be the key-speaker. Due to the covid-pandamic and international travel restrictions he was not allowed to travel to the US. Nevertheless, the Helena Symphony Orchestra under music director and conductor Allan R. Scott, did a great job playing the theme of Faltermeyr’s famous TOP GUN 1 score and of course with all the other film music they played that evening.

With the kind permission of the Helena Symphony Orchestra, I may share these two photos here on the Fanpage.
